  • If you are considering Sugarneck for your special day, we recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the date you desire. If you have your heart set on our venue, we can’t wait to make it official! Let us know as soon as you decide so we can execute a contract. Upon signing the contract, we require an initial payment of $1,000 toward your total bill to secure your date.

  • Special event insurance will cover you for a variety of unforeseen occurrences and is a cost-effective way to have peace of mind on your wedding day. It is required.

  • Yes! We have a designated parking area that can accommodate large guest lists with plenty of space to spare.

  • Absolutely, in our Sugar Scene package, where you rent Sugarneck, you may handle all of your own details and vendor selection with your wedding planner and team.

  • No, we want you to stay at Sugarneck and feel at home.

  • We have become known for our fun, friendly, hardworking and flexible approach to all our events. We understand that weddings are a special day, and we want you to feel comfortable, stress free and know that your details will be handled.

  • Yes, we can easily add an awesome rehearsal dinner located in a beautiful and unique location on our property so that it is a completely different feel than your reception celebration the next day.

GENERAL & BOOKING

  • For larger events we will advise on tenting. For smaller events we can discuss a couple indoor options that we can finalize the week of your event. We always watch the weather and we can make a decision on any rain contingencies within a few days of your date.

  • At Sugarneck, our all-inclusive packages handle all of this for you. If you choose to use your own planner and team, we will work with them to provide the necessary access time to complete their tasks.

  • Yes, we love a great Sparkler sendoff…and we allow for real Flower Petal tosses but we unfortunately do not allow faux Flower or non-degradable petals.

ON THE DAY OF..

VENDORS, CATERING & SERVICES

  • Yes. We can handle every detail or you may hire your own wedding planner.

  • With our all-inclusive packages, we provide event planning and execution that includes management of your Day of Timeline, Ceremony & Rehearsal Directing, Cleaning, Vendor Management, Staffing, Set up, Breakdown and Cleaning

  • You may self-serve Beer and Wine. If you wish to serve spirits, then we can assist you with securing your permit and licensed bartenders are required. We do not allow BYOB by any guests.

  • Yes, on your Tour, we will visit our decor room. During your planning process, we will have you select the items you would like to use on your big day! We stock a wide variety of items to choose from but If there is something specific you like or need, please reach out– we may already have it or will work to find it!

    Of course, you are free to incorporate your own decor to personalize your special day. In fact, we recommend it! For a personal touch, we know guests always appreciate framed photos of the couple on display and we set up a welcome table for guests to swoon over.
